Ever heard of a foundation balm? I never tried one, but this new Teint Couture Balm by Givenchy was so intriguing to me it went straight to the top of my ‘to try’ list (yes, that list actually exists). It’s literally a balm that turns into foundation. It blends in so seamlessly, almost in the same way that a moisturiser would, that it almost becomes hard to tell where I’ve already applied it. I am using the shade 4 Nude Beige, which gives me a very natural and glowy finish. The coverage is light, but a little buildable – medium at best. I would recommend it to anyone with dry skin, as it gives your skin a beautiful glow, but for those with oily skin (like myself) you’ll need a little powder on hand.

Now these are really awesome for anyone, like myself whose skintone changes throughout seasons. They’re Custom Cover Drops which is essentially little droplets of colour that can either lighten or darken your foundation depending on the shade – without changing the texture. Basically the more tanned I am, the more drops I can add. It’s been so useful transitioning from spring, to summer and back. No need to buy a new foundation with these drops you can adapt your own shade!

There are two more I’m currently loving that serve a different purpose but I’ll mention those in tomorrow’s favourites video!
