BACK TO BLACK FOR LFW DAY 3

It’s been a while since I swore off my all-black ensembles but as soon as I put this coat on I almost forgot why. Structured, powerful and well fitted, this coat is the sort of piece that makes you feel instantly ready for anything. It’s from Net-A-Porter, which is one of my go-to places for sourcing statement jackets with a wearable factor.

I wanted to continue on the sleek look so I paired it with some simple black pants, an old chiffon blouse and my pointy pigalles. Warning: if you’re going to buy these shoes – they’re not made for walking. They’re easily the most uncomfortable shoes I own but that doesn’t bother me when they have the ability to pull a whole look together like they did here.

You might have spotted this bag in my look from the other day and I’m obsessed with it! It’s pretty versatile to transition from day to night and here I’ve taken off the chain and wore it as a clutch. Oh and I can't forget to mention my gorgeous phone case from LuisaViaRoma, it's received so many compliments and every time I see it I just smile and smile!

BEAUTY ESSENTIAL OF THE DAY

My beauty essential of the day were the Esquido lashes in Lashorette. As my outfit was quite structured and masculine I wanted my makeup to contrast the look with a more feminine feel and do-eyed lashes did just that.
