We all know a little black dress is essential for every girl’s closet, but I’ve been trying to stay away from black for a while, so instead made some room for a staple white dress this season! I went with this one from Ted Baker with the most gorgeous floral lace detailing and the girly three-quarter peplum sleeves, because they add something extra to the outfit, but they’re not overwhelming, so you can pull the dress off for many different occasions – it’s the kind of dress you can wear for a job interview but also dress it up for a night out. And I love the shape of it too – it’s very loose all over, so it looks great on anyone, no matter the body shape.
To add a pop of colour to the outfit, I paired the dress with this eye-catching green Mark Cross box bag that you can wear across the shoulder or carry by the top handle. I’ve never tried a Marc Cross bag before, so I didn’t know what to expect, but the quality of the textured leather material is amazing and I like how spacious it is too. I can’t wait to pair it with more autumn outfits!
I find that metallic shades always spice up an outfit and since I didn’t have a pair of silver shoes in my wardrobe yet, as soon as I saw these Ted Baker sandals I knew I had to make room for them. They tick all the boxes – comfortable, cute and easy to wear!
Speaking of the bows, lots of people on Instagram have been asking me about this pink hair bow that I’ve been wearing. I got it here and I saw that they have it in blue, beige and leopard print too. I’m really loving it right now! It’s a really great greasy hair essential if you don’t like wearing hats or can’t really pair one with your outfit like for this look I’m wearing now I thought a bow would be much more fitting.
