If you’ve watched any of my travel vlogs, you’ll know that I’m not ashamed to admit I don’t leave the country without an extensive collection of sunglasses in my suitcase. They’re a must for sensitive eyes like mine and the most versatile accessory too! The Dior So Real and this pair from RayBan are the ones I’ve been reaching for most often throughout the years, but this summer the round, embellished Dolce & Gabbanas have been the centre of my universe. I’ve been searching high and low for them before I finally managed to call them mine, but they were worth the wait, because the cute little daisies around the frames still put a smile on my face every time I wear them. I love them so much I even bought myself a backup pair when I spotted them on MyTheresa recently. They have a gold as well as a black option, but I saw the stock is quite low, so hurry up if you’ve been eyeing them up!
Here I’m wearing the sunglasses with the skirt that’s one of my go-to transitional pieces in my closet. When the Indian summer strikes, I pair it with a breathable top and a pair of pumps like these white Jimmy Choo slingbacks with a bow detail, and then once the temperatures drop, I switch them up with a jumper and some over-the-knee boots. On proper autumnal days, I find myself gravitating more towards similar burgundy and camel options, but this white one is much easier to style with both winter and summer pieces from my wardrobe.
