Sweater season is finally upon us! The dark days, bitterly cold wind and dreary rain can definitely dampen my spirit, and I’m sure many of you are in the same boat. As I tend to lean on similar outfit combinations to make getting ready easier, I’ve been searching for chic knitwear buys that will make this autumn/winter all the more appealing.

I’ve paired this newbie with my favourite Paige jeans (seriously, they’re almost as comfortable as tracksuit pants!). The skinny jean will always be a classic for me, but I love how this looser style has that relaxed cool-girl feel.

As for the accessories, I was drawn to my burgundy Miu Miu boots and Chanel bag to compliment the sage jacket and denim jeans. I also think these pieces help elevate the look while still remaining timeless.
One of the newest members of my wardrobe is this luxe chunky jumper from ME+EM. I adore winter white, and this style is perfect for venturing out and about, or even lounging around the house too. It’s thin enough to layer with a jacket or coat, but still super cosy.

Layering, for me, is one of the best ways to make my autumn outfits feel unique, which is why I reached for this Topshop sage jacket. I love the shade and the shape – I think it would work seamlessly with so many other outfits too.

I’ve done some browsing and found eight other knit pieces I think are worth adding to your cart.
Happy shopping!
ONE
I’ve always been a fan of Marks and Spencer cashmere because they last for years, and this new cropped hoodie doesn’t disappoint. I’d layer it with a tailored coat if I was planning to leave the house for a smart, athleisure look.
TWO
I generally opt for more figure hugging cardigans, but there’s something so lovely about this oversized style. I’ve been wearing mine with joggers when I need an extra layer while working from home.
THREE
You really can’t go wrong with a classic grey sweater, and this version has a very relaxed feel. I especially love the curved hem, so I can wear it with high-waisted jeans or tucked into trousers.
FOUR
If you’re looking for an elevated knitwear option for your next Zoom call, this one-sleeve top is a must-have! I love the shade and the belted waist detail.
FIVE
Cardigans are making a comeback this season, and this chic wrap style ticks all the right boxes for me – flattering, comfortable and versatile!
SIX
If you’ve been following me for a while, you will know how much I love a jumper dress. This season, I’ll be investing in this slightly oversized style that I can belt if I want to show off my shape.
SEVEN
Forget saving pastel shades for spring – this gorgeous cashmere jumper is the perfect way to inject some sunshine into your autumn/winter wardrobe. I’ve been wearing it on repeat for the past month!
EIGHT
You may have seen me feature this sweet pink jumper in a recent vlog, and I couldn’t resist sharing it again. It’s super soft and really easy to wear.
