During this time where most of us are working from home, having a lovely environment and cosy clothes are some of my essentials to staying positive and healthy, both mentally and physically. Having worked from home for years now, I want to share some of my favourite items that are in my wardrobe, around the house and on my wish list.
A change in routine can be difficult to adjust to and this is definitely something that I am still figuring out. I have started to create mini habits in my day which I am really enjoying! It can be the smallest thing – one for me is to moisturise my body everyday as it’s something that I don’t always have time for with a busy schedule. I would love to hear some mini habits that you’re creating too!
