It’s that time of year again! I can’t believe I’m even writing this but advent calendar season is here and I made a mental note from last year to talk about them miles in advance before they all sell out (unlike my mid-December mention last year…tut tut). Advent Calendars are so beyond exciting for beauty addicts like myself, they’re a chance to try some new products, a new brand and use something special and new every day in December (if you can wait that long to open all the doors, that is).

For the nail addicts the one that always steals the show is the Ciaté Mini Mani Month, getting cuter and cuter every year with mini polishes of different colours, finishes and textures.
For the skincare junkies there’s Kiehl’s which is one of the most exciting calendars I’ve seen this year. Especially as it features some amazing sizes and all their best sellers. You’ve got an entire new skincare routine and every product you could possibly want to try all housed in one adorable little box, ready for your daily oohs and ahhs.
For the beauty and makeup fans there’s Clarins who have a calendar that combines both. You’ve got the mini fragrance, skincare, mascaras and best of all – lip perfectors all in mini form.

I’m not going to spoil exactly what’s inside as last year beauty advent calendars were my favourite part of the morning and something I looked forward to every day! I just hope I last until Christmas to open these ones…
